Contact details (name, phone, email), pickup and delivery addresses, shipment contents descriptions you provide, payment references, and technical data such as device and usage information when you browse this site.

To operate pickups and deliveries, share tracking updates, process payments, respond to enquiries, meet legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell personal data.
4. Sharing
Data is shared only with couriers fulfilling your delivery, payment processors, and authorities where required by UAE law. Recipients see only what is needed to complete the delivery.
5. Retention & security
Shipment records are retained as required by UAE commercial regulations, then deleted or anonymised. Data is stored on access-controlled systems with encryption in transit.
6. Your rights
