1. Scope
These terms govern all delivery, courier and logistics services provided by Qaser Almadi Delivery Services LLC within the United Arab Emirates. By placing a booking you accept these terms.
2. Bookings & pricing
Quotes are estimates until confirmed at booking. Confirmed prices are final except for published extras (waiting time beyond 15 minutes, re-delivery after failed attempts). All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Prohibited items
Cash, precious metals and stones beyond insured limits, hazardous or flammable materials, narcotics, weapons, and any item restricted under UAE law may not be shipped. We may inspect and refuse any shipment.
4. Liability & insurance
Shipments carry transit cover up to AED 10,000 unless extended cover is purchased at booking. Liability is limited to the declared value or the cover limit, whichever is lower. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
5. Delivery windows
Delivery windows are commitments made in good faith. Where a window is missed due to our fault, delivery fees for that shipment are refunded; consequential losses are excluded.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
